Rex Greene was my favorite character for the Midnighters Trilogy by Scott Westerfeld.
I read these books back in highschool and I’ve always been fond of Westerfeld’s work.
I didn’t seek out to draw him. It was more like a was derping around with perspective and then it turned into my mental image of him.
I never had the skill to draw him back in highschool. This was the best I could do.
SUPER IMPROVEMENT HAPPENED

And his smile was pretty crooked, really. But it was as if something had changed inside Tally’s head, something that had turned his face pretty to her.” ― Uglies by Scott Westerfeld
